Sarah Cook

Sarah Cook is an author, speaker, and the founder of NewVoiced—a transformative movement inspiring others to break free from shame and silence. Her compelling message of hope and her passion for sharing the unwavering love and grace of God resonate deeply with many.
Sarah’s professional journey has been as diverse as it has been inspiring — from working as a water ski instructor in the Whitsundays, to captaining ships, to serving as a Mothercraft Nurse. She earned an Advanced Diploma in Christian Ministry while raising two daughters as a solo mother. Today, Sarah’s love of travel takes her on many adventures, including journeys in her self-designed campervan.
A passionate advocate for the disadvantaged, Sarah’s travels have led her to serve in the slums of Indonesia and Nepal, where she has dedicated herself to helping the marginalised and voiceless.
Sarah’s first book, Harvesting Silence, is the powerful true story of her journey from voiceless child to courageous survivor. Blending moments of humour with unflinching honesty, Harvesting Silence is a deeply moving account of justice, resilience, and the enduring power of truth. Sarah’s insight and passion offer hope and guidance to those still living in the shadows of silence.
